Not happy with Payt? You get a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, without having to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

Send an e-mail to support@moonbase69.com with your order number, or reply to the receipt e-mail from Lemon Squeezy. The money is returned to the payment method you used; depending on your bank this usually takes a few working days.

After a refund

After a refund your licence key is deactivated, and you must stop using Payt and remove it from your computer.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU law, the right of withdrawal for digital content ends once the download starts with your consent. Our 30-day refund goes further: it also applies after you have downloaded and used Payt.

Bought on Google Play

Purchases through Google Play are refunded through Google. Within 48 hours you can request this yourself in Google Play; after that, within 30 days, send an e-mail to support@moonbase69.com and we will arrange it.
