Who we are

Payt is made by MOONBASE69, a brand of SemperUnum BV (the Netherlands). SemperUnum BV is responsible for this policy.

Personal data

The Payt app does not collect, store or share any personal data. The app has no advertising, no analytics and no tracking.

Internet

The Android app does not connect to the internet. The Windows app does not send any data either.

What stays on your device

Your presets and settings (such as language, layout and MIDI assignments) are stored only on your own device. If you export a preset file to share it, you decide where it goes.

Buying Payt

Payt for Windows is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller (merchant of record). Lemon Squeezy processes your name, e-mail address, country and payment details to complete the purchase, handle VAT and deliver your licence, under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, e-mail address and order details to provide your licence and support, and keep them as long as required for that and for our tax records. The Android version is sold through Google Play, under Google's terms.

Bluetooth and location (Android)

The app asks for Bluetooth permission only to connect MIDI keyboards and controllers. On Android 11 and older, Android also requires location permission for Bluetooth scanning; Payt does not use your location.

Children

Payt is not aimed at children and collects no data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
